Get Started with Mordants Kit

This mordant kit takes the confusion out of mordanting and allows you to easily get started in natural dyeing. It contains mordants for 100g of a protein fibre (silk or wool) and 100g of a cellulose fibre (cotton or linen). It also contains soda ash to scour the cellulose fibres.

Contains:

Potassium Aluminium Sulphate 

Soda Ash

Tannin

Aluminium Acetate 

Please be aware that when using fine powders it is advisable to wear a face mask. Use separate pans and utensils from cooking and do not ingest. Keep away from children and pets.

In these small amounts it is safe to dispose of leftover solutions down the sink.
